Our solution is accredited to all five parts of BS 8484:2016 ensuring the fastest police response through unique reference numbers. With the ability to bypass the 999 system and initiate a level 1 police response which means a quicker reaction time to any emergency.
The app is also BS 8484:2016 certified ensuring that it meets important industry requirements to protect lone workers.
The Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) is central to the solution. Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days of the year, the ARC never stops operation: even in the event of a national crisis.
ARC is certified against BS EN 50518:2019 Category 1 and BS 8484:2016 and operated by highly trained, experienced staff who are experts at handling lone worker alarms.
